Suggested use
Mix 1 slightly rounded scoop daily with 6-12 ounces of cold water or the beverage of your choice. For best results, add liquid in a blender-type bottle, shaker cup, or electric blender first. then add the powder. Our Whey Protein Isolate can be blended with a spoon if necessary.
