Jamaican BBQ Grilled Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 MemberÕs Mark Boneless Chicken Breasts
- ? cup Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- ? tsp. ground cinnamon
- ? tsp. garlic powder
- ? tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl until blended
- Position chicken in a shallow dish.ÊPour half the barbecue sauce mixture over the chicken, turning to evenly coat boat sides of each breast.ÊRefrigerate for 1Êhour to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat.Ê Remove chicken from marinade and discard any marinade leftover in the dish.
- Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side.ÊBrush chicken with half of the remaining barbecue sauce mixture.ÊGrill for 2 minutes or until chicken is done (reaches 170¡F).ÊBrush the remaining barbecue sauce mixture over the chicken and remove it from grill.
