Thank you for shopping at USA Mega Market. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping process.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra transit time. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–4 business days

  • Cost: Free shipping on all standard orders
    (Expedited shipping may incur additional charges if selected at checkout.)


Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

usamegamarket.com does NOT ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • U.S. Territories

We currently ship only to valid street addresses within the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.


Damaged, Missing, Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incomplete, please contact USA Mega Market Customer Support within 3 days of delivery to file a claim.

Please retain:

All packaging materials
The shipping box and label
The damaged items, if applicable
Photos of the package and items received

These are required to review and process your claim successfully. Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or adjustment.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
