At USA Mega Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards, all food, beverages, and consumable items are final sale and non-refundable.

Returns or refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • The item is incorrectly delivered

Taste preferences, personal expectations, or change of mind are not valid reasons for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A proof of purchase is required

USAMegaMarket supplies products to both individual consumers and buyers purchasing for resale, redistribution, dropshipping, wholesale, or other commercial purposes.

1. Resale & Wholesale Orders – Final Sale

Any order identified as resale, bulk, or commercial is considered FINAL SALE.

Not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind
  • End-customer refusal or cancellation
  • Product not reselling
  • Marketplace restrictions
  • Opened or disturbed packaging
  • End-customer dissatisfaction

2. Buyer Responsibility for End Customers

The buyer acts as the seller of record and is fully responsible for:

  • Returns & exchanges
  • Refunds & disputes
  • Chargebacks
  • Product listings & compliance

USAMegaMarket holds no liability toward end customers.


3. Packaging & Product Use Policy

  • Products may undergo quality checks before shipment
  • Opened packaging does not mean defective
  • Used, installed, or altered items are non-returnable
  • Only objectively defective items may be reviewed

4. Product & Invoice Accuracy

We do not modify:

  • Product names
  • Brands
  • SKUs
  • Descriptions

Invoices reflect items exactly as sold.


5. Acceptance of Resale Risk

By purchasing for resale, the buyer:

  • Accepts all resale-related risks
  • Waives claims related to end customers
  • Agrees to standard wholesale practices

6. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify returns (serial/batch matching)
  • Deny abusive or fraudulent returns
  • Apply restocking fees
  • Restrict accounts for repeated disputes
